2026 NBA Mock Draft
May 11, 2026 - Posted by Trueblood
By Max Trueblood
1. WASHINGTON, DYBANTSA, SF, BYU, 6'9"
I wrestled with this a bit. The Wiz have a ton of wings and their starting 4, AD, is obviously injury prone. Was thinking that breaking in Caleb Wilson or Cam Boozer would work but Dybantsa is clearly the top guy with few question marks
2. UTAH, DARREN PETERSON, 1/2G, KANSAS, 6'5"
This one was tough as well given that Peterson actually questioned going to Utah or Sacramento but he's just too good a fit next to Ace Bailey for this not to work. Utah will work on selling itself to him during the workout and...
47 commentsThe Clippers Organization Myopic View to Team Building
February 3, 2026 - Posted by pageC4
Word has come out that the Clippers are in trade talks to deal away James Harden. I see some interesting posts, and some fans don't want a trade to go through. The biggest complaints are these.
1. We cannot trade Harden because he was instrumental in getting back from the 6-21 start.
2. We cannot trade Harden because it will cause us to drop in the standings, and as a result we will have to send an even higher draft pick to the Thunder.
The organization should never operate under the philosophy of avoiding making changes because it will result in a higher draft pick to another team. They...

November 10, 2024 - Posted by toohipcliptoslip
I went to Intuuit Dome and it was the WORST experience I have ever had. I wouldn't go there for the Second Coming of Ch***t. First they screwed up my ticket and I missed 4 worked on it for 5 days and hours on the I went to the staduim but they told me the office was closed when the rep said it was open. I asked for compensation--"Not our problem" They said they got it fixed but tonight they had my face but said I didn't have a ticket. Facial recognition is nonsense. It takes 2 seconds to swipe your cell and now our faces are in a data base
My Rep told me there...

2022 Mock Draft by Max Trueblood
1. Orlando Magic-Jabari Smith/Auburn/PF
Should fit well next to Mo Bamba on the front line. Can stretch the floor and gives the Magic 2 long defenders for the interior.
2. Oklahoma City-Chet Holmgren/Gonzaga/C
Sam Presti gets his wish. OKC lacks quality bigs and often had to run forwards like Isaiah Roby and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl out there to play the 5 spot. Chet will need to bulk up but this is the perfect landing spot for him.
3. Houston Rockets-Paolo Banchero/Duke/PF
Another good fit. This roster is loaded with guards and wings who are...

2021 Mock Draft by Max Trueblood
1. DETROIT-CADE CUNNINGHAM-1/2G/OKLAHOMA STATE
The consensus #1 pick. The Pistons can go a few ways here. Cunningham most likely starts at the 2 spot next to last year's pick, Killian Hayes. But if Hayes struggles again, Cade could move back to his more natural lead guard spot.
2. HOUSTON-EVAN MOBLEY-C/USC
Good pick here. Jalen Green is tempting but Mobley fits a need as he is the prototypical new school big man. Moves his feet, can hedge out on perimeter shooters and blocks everything in sight.
3. CLEVELAND-SCOTTIE BARNES-SF/PF/FLORIDA...
122 commentsAnalyzing the Clippers Issues
March 10, 2021 - Posted by pageC4
Happy Wednesday everyone. I have attached a video from one of my favorite YouTube channels.
The video breaks down what is currently going on with our team. There are quite a few interesting findings here.
1. The Clippers starting five of Beverley, Ibaka, George, Leonard, and Batum has the highest net rating among all teams in the NBA that have at least 250 minutes played together.
2. The Clippers have the WORST clutch rating in the entire NBA.
3. Bench defense is a problem.
Conclusions:
1. Health is the biggest issue. Among all...

Locally sourced superstars.
Let’s break that down for a minute. In the Clippers history, we have struggled to accrue meaningful levels of fame. Our lack of “culture” or lack of success - real, tangible, recordable success - may be the reason why we have always been a dark horse of a team. This is not to say that Clipper teams have not been entertaining over the years, or that Clipper’s fans have not witnessed a great brand of basketball. However, money talks and bullshit walks… and as soon as the Los Angeles Clippers got bought by Steve Ballmer, things changed. Let’s not argue...

April 27, 2019 - Posted by LAC_12
I am looking at some of the old posts and the moods of this forum over the relived some good, bad, and funny moments with my TopBuzz brothers and sisters. I can honestly say, it is always fun going through a season with y'all. The disagreements, the drunk posts, the fan art, the jokes, and even the occasional agreements.
It may be an unpopular opinion, but I want to come out with an interesting topic that I enjoyed the "recalibration of expectations".
I think as Clipper fans, we have taken the back seat to a lot of NBA action in the past. And for good...
34 commentsDon't Call It A Rebuild
July 15, 2018 - Posted by LAC_12
Came across a BR article and I felt a lot of So I decided to write up some content and vent.
"... We haven’t won crap in LA, but we’re trying The goal is to win, and once you win"if you ever do"then I don’t want to rebuild anymore. Then you go to the next one. That’s the way I look at it.”
Which totally makes You cannot truly rebuild if you have not won. You can only reset and build with a new direction. We are retooled and trying to achieve NBA glory without our old core. In fact, although this comment may come off as a slap to the faces of...
65 commentsWho Do the Clippers Rebuild Around?
December 4, 2017 - Posted by SamMays
So, almost all of us agree that a major rebuild is required. The only difference seems to be if we build around Blake, or move him and start from the ground up.
In looking at what we have I think.
DJ: is not a max contract guy. I'd be looking to trade him for future prospects ASAP
Blake: I think we can keep him, at least into next season, see what level the rebuild is at - if a competitive retooling happened quickly as the result of a high draft pick and some shrewd Jerry West moves, or if it's going to be a long climb. If it's a long climb, then we can move Blake around next...
