Austin Rivers' Interview on the Jim Rome Show

Hey guys, I just heard an interview on Jim Rome with Austin Rivers. The interview is found in hour two of the show. Austin comments on J.J. Redick's 40 point game last night, his time spent on working on his shot this summer, the last man to the locker room dance challenge, and the Clippers being one of the most hated teams in the NBA. Austin says that part of the reason why the Clippers are hated is their complaining and lack of post season success. This stems from a feeling of not living up to the hype. Great interview.

Did Jim Rome ask him about his preferential treatment like his automatic playing time

That would have been hilarious, but no it didn't come up. I would love for Dan Woike to conduct these interviews as he is more of a straight shooter.

Why did they interview him? It couldn't be because he's Doc's son could it?

Everyone else was probably working on their game.
