Umm, the reason I joined this site is due to the lack of clipper fans in my area. Everyday someone who used to be a suns fan began reping the lakers, which made me sick. So I drank alot, and then...I seen several members of this site along side David ride in motorcycles. He told me to get in the b*tchseat, and I did. That is why I'm here.

i know what you mean man. i live in la and im the only clipper fan i know personally. everyones a laker fan and they always bagg on me cause im rooting for the team thats supposedly "the joke of the nba". but i think we can do something extremely special this offseason. i expect one more huge suprise to occur and then maybe some signings of roster fillers. but anyways, you and me have the same scenario. i joined cause i wanted to interact with people that are as big of a clipper fan that i am. welcome and i hope you enjoy clippers.topbuzz!

I live around L.A too, (btw im not new lol, I did this so others would introduce themselves), yeah Laker fans tend to be ignorant here.

One time some Laker fans, came up to me and said " you don like them clips", me being puzzled as to why they surrounded me told him, umm yeah i guess. He then explain, "you don been dumb in the head for pickin them ol clips, caz this here kobe is gon beat you team by himself. I just sat there starin at him, I noticed that he and his friends had old Kobe Bryant jerseys and were drooling. pretty soon I got up and slowly walked away....true story.

haha thats cool.....i was born and raised in l.a. but i moved to san bernardino county and yea...the reason i joined this is cuz same i have no one to talk to about the clipps and all. my friends and family are all lakers fans. and yea

yo guys dont worry im a college student now but back in my high school the clip nation had a nice following and we had WARS with the faker fans especially during that playoff run...the clips are on many of us young guys' radars...

You think that there are not so many Clipper fans out west... try Tallahassee, Florida! But that's ok, everybody loves a winner, and pretty soon, everybody's is going to be a LOT more aware of the LA Clippers. Including some expert analysts who need to dig maybe a little deeper sometimes. It's been really enjoyable talking up the LAC on CTB this past year, (I'm a LONG time bball fan, but made the Clipper conversion with the advent of Al Thornton) so El_Nino_Jesus, melaneeo0, I'm sure my fellow CTBers will always make you feel welcome, just as they've always done with me. You've come to the right place.

Seriously I think people are reading way to much into this with him getting hurt. He can injure himself playing summer league ball with scrubs. At least he can practice with better talent. Hopefully he develops a bond with Dirk and we make a run for him in 2010 offseason. Dirk would be a great replacement for Camby!

and he learns how to defend his 3-pt shot so dirk doesn't light us up this year haha

Hey all, I was trying to follow the Clips frenetic offseason, stumbled upon this site, and got hooked.

I don't know anyone in my area who talks seriously about the team here except me. So I'm glad to see that there's a lot of nice, enthusiastic, and intelligent fans on this board.

Clipper Nation to me seems like this crazy underground cult that is shunned by popular opinion... and I can't wait 'til we slowly but surely take over the world.

Yeah it's great... I love this forum. It's good to finally have a bunch of people who I can talk to that share my happiness and sorrows about a team. I know maybe only like 1 or 2 real Clipper fans in real life.

I'm happy to join this community. I am still a member of the ESPN board.....but I think it's more of a message BORED the past few seasons there. Everyone hates everyone and I was so tired of it. Anyway, I'm happy to be visiting a great new board.

As for me, I'm 27 (will be 28 in December). I am a Clippers season ticket since 2000-2001 season. This is going to be my ninth season with the team. I love our team this year. I'm always supportive of the team.

I was, and still am, very pissed about Elton leaving. I am planning to be one of the hell givers when he arrives. I can't wait to see Corey...that's a good guy there. I'm sorry he didn't fit in MDSR's plans.

Yes....that is me. It was last year in Iloilo, Philippines. I was actually sick at that time...I was in the hospital the day before, because I had a parasite.

Anyway, I'm a little bloated now....because I've gotten lazy and less friends to work out with. All my friends are having babies and have no time. It also doesn't help that gas prices made me change my priorities. Suddenly, a gym membership isn't so important because it's out of the way from my house

Anyway, I'm happy to be back and I hope to see you all at games every once in a while. Take care ok. See ya around.
