Darn it Jokic is back
Nice start by the Clippers- good swing of the ball to Collins for the bingo, and now Kawhi drills the 3 as Jones had his hands down
But Clips have started to miss, and the Nuggs have taken the lead. Can't be giving them open 3's AND shots right at the rim.
Awful phantom "foul" called on Dunn as Jokic just lost his balance himself. That's the second on Dunn unfortunately.
The Klaw to Collins on the alley oop, now Kawhi the steal and slam! Ties it at 22.
Harden struggling a bit and his misses are igniting the Denver quick hitting offense. That's a 11-2 run by the Nuggs led by Peyton Watson.
35-27 Denver after 1 as they keep chucking in midrange stop and pops, not to mention hitting 5's 3's.
Nico keeping the Clippers afloat with a pair of 3's. Good find by Kawhi as he ran into a triple team.
Clips already several 3's going in and then spinning out
Batum with a couple of layup-saving deflections too and there may have tipped it off of Valenciunas- Clips are challenging.

The Beard gets another shot blocked, this time on a short jumper, and Clips have to foul as Denver started to run the other way

Harden finally the bingo, now Batum another deflection, leads to another deep ball by the Beard. Cuts it to 7.
Harden another 3, now draws 2 more fouls as he is heating up.
But Denver keeps hitting their 3's ugh

Hardaway Jr kicks his legs out and lands on Miller's foot, tweaking his ankle. But replay shows that should be an offensive with the legs kicking out like that
So the refs didn't call anything until Hardaway sat on the ground pointing at his ankle. So not sure what they're reviewing.
These calls are absurd.
WTH they say foul on Miller and Hardaway gets to shoot 3 FT's. That's just ridiculous. First there was NO FOUL called, and they just stopped play to review. And even the review showed Miller just stepped to the side.

Tough to win 5v8
Now they call a ticky tack on Lopez when Kawhi has been fouled many times way worse, no call
Kawhi getting a bit too tunnel-visioned here- should've passed it to Batum in the corner
The sun starting to set on the Clips here as they can't stop Denver from scoring w/o fouling
5v8 is definitely tough
Turnover by Harden, now another layup for Denver, this time a behind the back pass by Jokic to Watson for the dunk. And... Ty Lue waves the white flag.
Clippers had the momentum and that bizarre review and then subsequent FTs for Denver killed the rally. But credit the Nuggets- shooting like 60% from deep is hard to overcome, but definitely so many open looks for Denver didn't help.

Peyton Watson is the player I wish was on this team. I love seeing all our guys get the most out of their talent...
...but it's refreshing to watch real athletes too. He was just getting past our defenders without screens, easily.
Bring PWat home... his deal is almost up, and I don't think the Nuggets can afford him! Enough is enough...
Even with the loss, I'm still fine. I want this team to go down swinging, a complete 180 from the 6-21 BS...
