Clips focusing their D on Porter Jr. Good to see T Mann! Clips off to a nice start as Collins and Leonard splash open 3's
Dunn too hesitant- gotta shot that open floater inside vs trying to force it to Zu. Now passes up the open 3 and it's a shot clock violation.
Clips attacking off of good defense and rebounding. Zu to the trailing Collins for the monster jam! Timeout Nets! 16-2 Clips.
Harden very aggressive vs his former team here- driving layup and now he has 15. Miller a nice looking dribble and jumper there. Nets did come alive though by hitting some 3's and attacking in the paint, but the Clips still up 35-25 after 1.
That seems to be the go to move for Miller- drive, bump, a little step back for 2 in the lane. Very effective.
Lol how about Lopez poking it away up top and then getting the layup on the break and 1!
What a sequence by Kawhi there. The steal, the push, behind the back dribble, perfect pass to Batum in the corner for another bingo!
Miller now does his own behind the back on that strong take inside
Lol a whacky sequence there between Dunn and Zubac- they literally passed to each other 3 or 4 times in the lane before Dunn finally lays it in. Started with Dunn dribbling off his foot and it bounced right to Zu.
How about Harden with an extra effort there and blocks Porter Jr's 3!
Clippers, lead by Harden, are doing an excellent job on D and moving the ball and hitting shots as well. Up 63-47 at the half. Everyone is playing well though Zu has not scored yet but he does have 5 boards and 3 assists.
Not a good start to the 3rd as Clippers cannot get a rebound- keep batting them outta bounds or just not being there. Too many guys waiting to get outlet passes vs crashing the boards.
5 point switch there as Collins with the big time help block on Porter Jr, and Kawhi rattles in the bingo. Pushes it back to 12
Now KL to Collins for the monster slam on quick strike offense! Brook Lopez gets a T protesting what looks like a non-call as Demin tried to posterize him. Clips are challenging.
Clips lose the challenge. That's BS- Demin extends the off arm, but that's not an offensive, but what did Lopez do to earn the foul? He partially blocks the ball and in the follow through hits Demin after the ball already came loose.
Nets have had 20 FG attempts in 7 minutes but the Clips with only 8 shots on goal. But the Clips still up 16 with big makes by the Beard & KL, though guys really must rebound better.
Lol Harden dribbles around the double team and reverses it home!
Unselfish pass Lopez to Miller in the corner who drains the bingo! What a game for Jordan Miller. 6-6 FGs, 14 points, 3 rebounds in 14 minutes.
The Klaw a Jordan-like jumper over the double, except it was a 3!
Kawhi another nice move, this time the scoop inside for the and 1. BUT- he seems be in some discomfort afterwards. Hope it's nothing.

Demin with a pair of 3's, which may spoil an early appearance by the bench. Clips still up 17 with 4:46 left.
Glad to get out of there with a win. Did what we had to do, but it wasn't pretty. Played down to their level, but their team is big.
Outside of Cam Thomas and Nolan Traore, they don't have any small players on that roster. Glad that's over.

For sure- getting badly rebounded I guess that's to be expected vs a younger, longer team like the Nets. Clips played good perimeter switching D and held Porte Jr to 0-9 from deep.
How about Jordan Miller with 21 points- very impressive showing by the young fella. Harden with 31 points on just 13 shots. Collins a very good game as well on both ends. Zu still trying to get back in the groove- had jut 5 points though did have 4 assists. 4 turnovers is too many though.
Nice win…barring a little bit of a bad patch in the third quarter, they pretty much cruised.
Little bit of a lighter schedule is on the horizon and hope we will be in the play in tournament group soon. With Morant rumors and the injury to Davis, we can leapfrog Memphis and Dallas soon and put them in the rear view mirror.
Glad I am enjoying watching them the past 10 games or so.
I have had a number of posts positive on Jordan Miller. He needs more minutes. To me he is our best young player. Yes, better than Sanders.

Despite the loss to the Knicks, I've liked their performance in these last few games; they're playing close to their full potential. The loss to the Knicks was simply because they're a better and more athletic team. I think this group would benefit from adding a couple of players a quick ball-handler and an athletic power forward.

I think they look pretty good on the court together, and both have secondary ball handling capabilities.
I wish they both could run Pick n' Roll. Our future 2nd Unit would be locked.
