2021 Wimbledon: Grass Tennis is Back This Year.

A few days ago, it seemed like the Clippers might not be playing before Wimbledon starts. Which would have been disappointing, since this is the one year where on the calendar, it would be possible to be playing into Wimbledon. Now after yesterday, the Clippers are in this series (and I still think they'll win). Anyways, onto my predictions. Men's Draw: Djokovic's Quarter: Djokovic vs. Kevin Anderson 2nd round: I hope it's a good match. I haven't seen Anderson in a while so I'll say Djokovic in 3. Djokovic to the SFs. Tsitsipas' Quarter: No one looks scary here. I don't think Andy Murray will get to the QF, but I don't know who will, so I'll just say he does. Tsitsipas vs. Murray QF: Murray, coming back from injury, is unlikely to be ready for Tsitsipas. Tsitsipas in 3. Zverev's Quarter: Berrettini vs. Isner 3rd round: Isner gets the edge on grass. Isner in 3. Isner vs. Zverev QF: Rooting for Isner, but it will probably be Zverev in 3. Medvedev's Quarter: Cilic vs. Medvedev 3rd round: Might be a reach, but I'll say Cilic in 4. Cilic vs. Federer QF: Federer in 3. Djokovic vs. Tsitsipas SF: I hope it's a good match. I will say Djokovic in 5, although it will probably take only 4 sets. Zverev vs. Federer SF: Federer in 3, because of the mental edge. Djokovic vs. Federer Finals: I think Djokovic wins this in 3, but I don't want to pick against Federer, given that I want another resurgence. So Federer in 4. Don't let it get to tiebreakers, please. Because he sucks in tiebreakers against Djokovic. But sadly there will probably be a few. And this is where he will likely lose it. Women's Draw: Barty's Quarter: Barty vs. Andreescu QF: Andreescu hasn't been past the 2nd round....

Barty withdrew which was a surprise. And it was shocking to see Tsitsipas gone- great for Tiafoe! This is his chance to make a good run in a Grand Slam. Nice to see Andy Murray advance. Hoping that the rain stops and more matches can be completed.

Barty is still playing, she's into the QF.

I'm looking forward to Aliassime vs. Berrettini. No idea what is going to happen in that one.

Yes, decent run for Murray.

Once Gauff made it into the 2nd week, I thought my pick of her winning the title looked decent.

But now she's out, lol.

I'm hoping for a Kerber vs. Pliskova Finals now.

Also, Swiatek has had two good runs, but when she's lost the FO and Wimbledon, she's lost badly.

The Mens Final had so many missed serves from both players. And unforced errors from Berrettini. He was trying for angles that weren't there.

The result was important, but I don't think it was a well played match.

I was on vacation so couldn't catch Wimbledon other than a few highlights. Too bad Berrettini couldn't do better- I was following the score and was actually excited after seeing the result after the first set.

Djoker now with 20 just like Nadal and Federer. Would love to see a Nadal vs Djokovic final at the US Open. That would be EPIC.

Great for Barty- I had a brain cramp and must've confused some other player or another pre-Wimbledon tournament.

Where were you on vacation to?

We were in Cancun, including a resort where the Rafael Nadal Tennis Center was located. That was pretty fun- I'll post a video of the tennis center and the clay courts there when I get the chance.

Wow, I didn't know any of that. Yes, that would be nice to see.
