Elton Brand Named 76ers GM

On a side note, the sixers hired Elton Brand as the new GM. Don’t know his managerial skills but he sucked as a player for that organization.
Remember when he cackled away when he first joined Philadelphia. He stunk out the place and slowed their team down.

it seemed bizarre to see such a promotion...like when Jason Kid got a head coaching
job soon after retiring or getting front office job after losing his coaching
job
Good for Elton Brand- he's always been a Philly guy and now the GM of a very nice team there. EB is still in my view one of the top Clippers of all time for sure, despite him opting to leave the team via free agency.
Brand got great front office position. Let's see how good he is at it.
Brand or McAdoo are among the greatest Clippers at both ends of the floor.
