Good for Lawrence Frank- though I'm not sure who would have a final say in matters when it comes to decision making between Doc Rivers & Frank.

BTW I wonder if any Clipper player will accompany the group going to meet with Durant on Friday. Will Chris Paul go, will both he and Blake Griffin go, or if any player will show up- hmmm....

Doc is the VP, so it will be Doc, but this probably is a way to release himself from many of the day to day activities of that role and to focus more on the coaching aspect while still having oversight on the final decisions. It's a good thing IMO as Frank can focus on strengthening all those aspects of the front office much better than Doc was able to.

I know you guys love blaming Doc for everything. You can add Frank. As he will be making decision making with Doc. He already did starting with the draft.

I believe those players that accompany the team depend on what they are trying to sell. If by chance Blake and CP are willing to take pay cuts next year, they could sell KD on taking one this year.

I'm glad that Frank is there, I believe he could really help alleviate Doc. Doc seems to get lost between coaching and the front office.

I don't know what experience Frank has in front office. I see this as another bad Doc move initially it was nepotism now its placing friends in critical jobs lacking experience. Why not seek someone in front office of those teams who've made it to finals or won championships?

You should add....hopefully.

Hopefully Frank hires quality people around him to help him out, it was mentioned that Ballmer has set out money to reform all that.
