This is some odd group of people lol.

Doc, Austin, DJ, Cole Aldridge, Dawson, johnson, Josh smith and Pierce on stage with Ralph. All will be giving comments.

In every interview, mainly Austin's and Doc's, they named 4-5 players on the 2nd unit and no one has mentioned Jamal.

We needed some size. No more Big Baby at the C. Yikes....

Me neither! I think he will fit in well with their, shall we say, abrasive style.

Yeah that's what I thought too, I wonder if the refs will cut him any more slack while at Memphis.

solid lineup there practically fulled up the whole stage and that is without lance and Pab there, goes to show how busy and successful doc has been this offseason

gotta say after watching the Lance workout video and then watching the above press conference.... really like the peoples we have on this team, and.... just my opinion, and.... Lance could stand some LA polish to his persona, and think he has the chance to do some growing up on this team and w/this group of players and w/Doc as his coach, so.... thinkin' that at least speaking for myself, that maybe I need to roll back some of my expectations for him, and to set down the Lance Koolaid, as was impressed w/Austin Rivers, and given that his dad obviously has the mind of a HC, and could play some hellah D back in the day, gonna give young Rivers the benefit of the doubt, as if he is as serious about his future as he sounds, and again me thinx.... his future in the NBA has to be @pg, and.... it's exciting to see and/or think that there might be some real upside for us @the backup pg position w/Austin ?? ditto for Wes Johnson as was impressed w/his already "polished" presentation, and would love it if his game showed a similar polish to it, and turned into a player that CP3 can trust in game. thought Branden Dawson was yet another guy that shows promise and offers some upside for this Clipper squad, which is not something that could always be so readily said of players brought here in years before. would also volunteer that given it's LA, and given we have the history of Showtime w/the Lakers and Magic, really think Deandre's personality is a big + for this franchise and the team that should not go unappreciated. am also taken by Josh Smith's mindset, as really suspect that he is gonna bring something come playoff time that....
