The past couple of weeks have been amazing roller coaster to say the least.
We drafted a pure shooter in eric gordon and a raw talent in deAndre Jordan.
But more importantly, we witnessed the opting out of Elton brand and Corey Maggette. There was a lot of fear of losing BOTH for a second, until....
We verbally agreed to sign Baron Davis. WHAT A SIGH OF RELIEF. NOT JUST A SIGH OF RELIEF, A BREATH OF EXCITMENT AND ANTICIPATION.
I'm so excited that we are about to sign BARON DAVIS. No, this is not BENO UDRIH, this is not even JOSE CALDERON, it's BARON FRICKEN DAVIS. All star, baller, one of the top point guards in the world! This is like 5 levels improved from Sam Cassell.
His addition automatically makes us better than the 2004 season. woooooo.
compared to that season, we replaced Sam with Baron, Kaman is improved, we lose maggette but have al thornton, we still have Mobley, Thomas, and Livingston(donno how much we can say about him, though)
REGARDLESS, BARON DAVIS WILL HELP THE CLIPPERS AND TURN US INTO CONTENDERSSSSSSSS.
