Golden State Stephen Curry Injured:

Clippers Forum » NBA Basketball Talk

Looks like we should have a good shot of getting a W on christmas day.

What is it with curry getting his ankles broken? Remember when Eric Gordon broke his ankles? lol

fragile much?

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)"Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry sprained his right ankle and had to be helped off the court during the Sacramento Kings’ 95-91 preseason victory Tuesday night.

Curry was injured while defending rookie Jimmer Fredette just before halftime. Curry didn’t play in the second half and finished with seven points and five assists in 15 minutes.

Team officials said Curry would have X-rays on his ankle Wednesday morning.

Man, I bet GST wished they made the CP3 trade now!

Yeah, if they're doing x-rays I doubt he'll be back for at least 2 weeks.

Believe the x-rays were negative, but those injuries are tough to fully recover from. With or without Curry are chances of winning were very good IMO anyway.

And btw, we were already poised to pound them even with a full lineup, losing Curry just made this more of a guarantee Smile

Anyone that has ever played a sport, specifically basketball, knows those ankles are more sensitive anytime you sprain it. Too bad for him, hopefully the X-rays are negative.

Monta in court and Steph injured...we should be winning this one by at least 15!

10 bucks says Monta breaks a record for most 3-pointers attempted in a game!

he is a star, hope he gets well soon. Hate to see anyone injured even when we play them. We all know how much injuries have ruined our seasons year after year

Too bad for him, dude is a beast when healthy.

You seem to undestimate the power of their former number 1 pick Kwame brown. LOL/

haha, priceless one there Elton.

Curry is a very fragile player but it really shouldnt be a surprise. His body is built like a 15 year old

Wouldn't say so. We haven't won at Oracle Arena in a long while, so it will still be a tough game.

Paul>Curry so even if he played we still WIN.

However, Ellis will drop damn near 40 on Billups/Foye lol

he is on my fantasy team so he better be healthy, play well, but we better get the W

I hate to be pessimistic, but I predict GS will blow us out by about 20. It will be a 3 bonanza party out there, which is something we can't seem to stop.
