Clippers have made a big step in improving their awful transition defense, and that in turn has provided them many more fastbreak opportunities than usual.
Clippers with an excellent first half, up 63-50. Gotta keep up the D and energy that were key reasons for the lead.

Rough 3rd Q as the Clipper offense nosedived after Kawhi sat. Brick after brick, and the Clipper lead is just 3 going into the 4th.

Final score- Grizz 112, Clippers 107. Really tough loss by the Clippers after that terrific first half. Guys just couldn't hit from deep, and the Grizz, not known for hitting 3's, drilled a bunch of them. Grizz bench, the best in the NBA, also severely outclassed the Clipper reserves. Kawhi a superb game with 39, which is a good sign. But losing to a Memphis team w/o Morant is a bitter pill to swallow.
