Jordan Miller gets the start today

Zu nice dish out of the double team to DJJ for the dunk

Clippers not making any jumpers so they're attacking the paint

Clips down 16-10 with 4 1/2 to go. Bench unit in now.

Brook Lopez drills the bingo- first 3 by the Clips after a bunch of bricked ones. Now Batum ties it, and Lopez again! 9-0 run by the bench just like that.

Clifford tries to dunk on Lopez and gets rejected. Now Brook another bingo!

Why not- CP for Threeee to end the Q. Clips up 26-18 after 1Q. This bench doing a great job- playing tight defense and hitting open shots.

The Clipper starters are back, and the lead is starting to slip. Bricks and bad passes by Harden, and a more stagnant offense.

Second time in the game now that Kawhi misses the 3 and Kings able to get a layup going the other way

Harden & especially KL getting untracked to end the half- Clips up 60-40

Kawhi misses the J, but Jordan Miller with the emphatic putback slam!

A loooooong pass by Harden to DJJ for the acrobatic catch-and-scoop layup!

Lopez the one-legged turnaround 20 foot banker- impressive!

Collins is a really excellent fit for the second unit. With all these stops, it's perfect to have another DJJ-like big to finish on the fastbreak.

Chris Paul- *9* assists in just 13 minutes.

Clippers up big 90-61 after 3

Jason Preston is getting some valuable minutes with this veteran bench squad.

Man our team pic ups are looking GOOD. Finally good backup big, Collin’s cooking…

'! How about Lopez & CP3 too. Maybe Lopez will get consideration for 6th man of the year the way he's looking. You add Batum & Dunn to that mix- the result speak for themselves. It feels like this bench can go toe to toe with the Clipper starters, and outclass most benches in the league.

Highlights:

Amazing pick ups. Great for CP3 to finish off his career here

Very good game!

I'd like to see a little more speed, but in the half court, they look like a lethal team if they reduce their turnovers.

Something I thought the Clippers were missing in previous seasons was a center capable of shooting 3-pointers.

I agree that the bench, as it stands, is on par with the starting lineup; at least any of them can occupy a starting role without feeling the loss too much.

I think the addition of López and CP3 gives this team a lot of experience. López is slow, but he has a lot of IQ and a lethal shot, perhaps among the best centers who can shoot 3-pointers efficiently.

I like how the team is looking!

What's happening with Bradley Beal?

I haven't been following him much this time.

I think they said he might play the next game (which is the final preseason game), and that Kawhi will not.
