Clippers Topbuzz is Now Clippers News Surge

Hey guys- Clippers Topbuzz is now Clippers News Surge! My company, which has been losing money the last few years, has sold the domain Topbuzz.com to help keep the sites going, and NewsSurge is going to be a great home for the CTB (now CNS) community going forward.

Everything should be the same, including your logins, except the change from Topbuzz.com to NewsSurge.com, so please update your bookmarks. There are probably some things I missed during the move, so if you notice something weird please let me know.

Really- I mean with your username you should love the new name . Yeah I really liked Topbuzz too, though I think we're lucky to be able to have NewsSurge.com available because believe me, I looked high and low for days- it's crazy how all the good domains are already taken up.

I used to go on CTB all the time and then one day it disappeared. I was really sad and thought it got shut down. More than a year later I finally discovered the name change and and was kinda pissed I didn't get an email notification tbh. Next time please put up a warning banner for a couple months and send people emails. I bet there are still a lot of former members that weren't as active and still don't know about CNS...

Well I had it bookmarked and used to just click one button when I was bored, drunk, stoned, or wanted to vent. When it didn't load up I assumed it was gone for good. How was I supposed to know they changed the domain name? I have never had that problem with any other website, ever. When a company changes its name, they normally notify their loyal customers and put up signs for everyone else. After searching for a new clipper blog, I finally discovered CNS. Why would I search for clippers topbuzz when I already had gone to the domain I went on for years and it was no longer there? Thanks for the advice but I think I figured it out already.
