Definitely makes sense now why he hasn't tweeted anything about his "departure". He was having doubts all along. I mean after all, who the hell would leave LA for Dallas? Best weather, best coach, best point guard, etc.

Lol he allows a meeting and stays super quiet on Twitter about coming to the Mavs. Aldridge, Carroll, Williams, etc. everyone shared their thoughts on social media. DJ had a doubt and now I think he's staying with us no doubt. It just doesn't make sense...don't know how to feel about this.

I think DJ is starting to realize the potential pitfalls of a move to the Mavericks, and that that he's been conned. He just needs some feathers to tip the balance of the scale, and looks like the Clippers are going to try hard to provide them.

Clippers are already confirmed trying to make the pitch. Also came out saying they didn't like the Mavs aggressive tactic.

I agreed to a job once and before starting I was given an offer by a better company and I took it, not illegal.

I still stand by everything I said of DJ in the last few days, I think he can be replaced and he is overrated, however at this point he might be our only option seeing that the Centers that we were courting will probably tell us to F off after this. I can't imagine Clippers going to these lengths unless they had some inside information, maybe there's some truth to what Chris Broussard was reporting.
