I've never wanted something to be more true than this, but how would Chris Palmer have any info on KD? I think KD hates Chris Palmer.

KD would take a worst beating than Lebron did when he left Cleveland. The only way he can maintain his good guy image is if he goes to Washington or remain in OKC.

How in the hell would he take a worse beating? Durant isn't from OKC, Lebron was Cleveland's pride and joy and hero for the entire city, maybe state. Cleveland watched Lebron play nationally throughout HS. Durant has NEVER promised to bring rings to OKC specifically like Lebron did. He's never guaranteed anything future wise or said anything was a lock. He's actually declined to comment on it pretty much since day one besides the generic "I'm happy here". I don't think Durant would get ANY crap for leaving OKC unless he handles himself like a pus*y like DJ has done. KD stopped caring about his "good guy" image like 2 years ago. Watch his recent interviews, he's kind of a dick like Kobe is.

Not even close. KD didn't even get drafted by the Thunder. Fans in Oklahoma went from having no basketball team at all, to having a team with KD on it the next day. Zero investment in KD from Oklahoman's prior to becoming the Thunder.

LeBron meant everything to Cleveland even before getting drafted by them.

And the people who criticized LeBron for leaving are dumb. He made the right move by leaving that joke of a franchise. They did nothing to help him win. Now there front office has improved.

KD doesn't care about keeping his nice guy image. He wants rings. We can give him that.

You said it way better than me.

Wow- Kevin Durant would be a pretty nice consequence of "losing" DeAndre Jordan to say the least. Though his ability to stay healthy going forward has to be of some concern.

Dream, baby, dream.

Of course a long shot. But that truly would be a big 3 that would top the rest of the NBA, given health for all 3, of course.

It tickles me but it's long way to go.

Blake and CP need to kiss his ass at the All-star game. CP needs to make sure KD wins that All-star game MVP with all the assists coming from him.

Gawd, if this comes to fruition, it will be because of DJ's Be-The-Main-Man move to Dallas freeing up all that cap space to sign KD. That would be the sweetest of turnarounds and a complete middle finger to DJ.

Be healthy, KD, and come to LAC!

KD is going to Washington or staying every free agent is going to be linked to us since we have max space.

OKC likely to trade him before getting nothing. Kevin Durant has called Chris Palmer a dumbass and craxkhead, so this guy has inside source?

KD still care about his good guy image. remember when he went off on reporters then apologized the following day. KD was publicized as an anti-Lebron. He's the guy who's supposed to do it the old fashioned way instead of teaming up with superstars. Then there's the small market star leaving for the big market that may rub people the wrong way. This is all point less anyway. He's just being linked to us because we have cap space and people will the clippers as leverage. If he leaves, he goes to Washington.

ideal situation would be to have a roster with a good amount of guys we drafted.

plan b: get kevin durant.

cherry on top. compete with the lakers to get durant, win.

My game plan:

We will have $36mil in cap space if it goes up the $2mil that it was projected to go up and we waive Stephenson and Wilcox.

Sign KD to a max contract ($28mil).

Sign Hibbert for the $8mil remaining space.

Use the Room Exception to sign Gerald Henderson.

Sign Thomas Robinson with vet min.

Draft a Center with our 1st round pick.

CP3/Rivers

Redick/Henderson

Durant/Pierce/Dawson

Griffin/Dawson/Robinson

Hibbert/Draft Pick

Sure he can go back to Washington, he won't win for a while though I'll tell you that. Or at all, I think he won't ever win at all. In Washington. LOL

Was with you till I said waive Stephenson... You will see his value this year

So you'd rather have Stephenson than Kevin Durant???

That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Even if Stephenson returns to Indiana Stephenson, he'll never be even close to as good as KD.

We can resign stevenson and trade him to Indiana for a pick or player after the year to get more assets because he will have a great year i would if i could try to keep him and find another way to get durant if possible.

We can only hope for a Super Team in LAC.
