What are your thoughts on the game today versus the Golden State Warriors? What are the Clippers keys to get a victory? Who on the Warriors should L.A. focus on? Will the game be bombs away by both teams or defensively-oriented?

High paced, rugged defense, ball movement, and we need Lou to light it up!

Slightly off subject. Oscar who has never spoken up and is a no BS guy said that back on the day Steph would not go off like he does. He'd be stopped around mid court. I love O but I thought it was sour grapes until I watched Kenny Smith hand check. O would have given him fits. Bring back the hand check. Dump the three. Hell, FT's two to make three. Hell bring back short shorts.

hmmmmm and early game huh? We don't typically do well in those... and we typically don't do well against the Worryors.

I hope the clips break the trend and surprise us

Stopping Draymond, the head of the dragon is key. I wonder if Doc put Montrez Harrell on Draymond if that would cause friction that Draymond get technicals or foul out. Harrell would have to be a menace though.

Blake is already scared of Green. He just won't post up against him

Has nothing to do with fear, it's reading the defense. The Warriors are sending a second defender because Clippers starting lineup today has just one playmaker, Blake. If Blake commits to posting up and turns away from the defense, a second defender will come right as he turns his eyes, and that's how turnovers happen. He's actually playing smart basketball. We need to get Lou in there so there's another playmaker to help Blake out.

Wasn't a foul though, wrong place at the wrong time for Blake. Javale was just standing there, and Blake was out of control and was the one that went into Javale's elbow

Go watch the replay in nba.com. Definitely a foul. McGee was just standing here he swung his arm and it hit Blake as he was making his move. Not intentional not a flagrant, but def a foul.

I appreciate the effort from the guys. They're certainly doing the best they can. In the end though, there' s just not enough talent on the court to compete with the Warriors.

Clippers can't catch a break whatsoever, wonder what evil they did in their past lives. This is incredibly ridiculous with 5 of our starters out and counting.

To me Blake is a little B$$ch. in Australia we play footy with no helmets and get hits like that all the time. I ain't ever seen someone lay down like that and let your team down. Please he took the easy way out. Before that I didn't see him want any piece of Green. He never does as Green always has him running scared. Blake tries to play bull ball against everyone but Green. Please trade this wannabe superstar. Go have more games off while the team struggles. PATHETIC

I absolutely love DJ and what he does for this team but after today I hope the FO puts the poor bloke out of his misery and trades him. Now I feel sorry for him. He puts in every game and never misses any. It must be hard for him to keep giving this effort when he looks at everyone going down around him. Especially Blake who they gave $175 million to just to sit on the sidelines and do comedy acts but they won't pay him when he is there every game. What an absolute joke. I hope you go somewhere DJ and your actually appreciated for all you do and go on to get a Championship and then rub it in Blake's face.

Warriors just love to b*tch slap the Clippers. There is no sane reason to want to sneak into the 8th or 7th slot of the playoffs unless you are a player or the owner. They want some playoff money. What is best for the organization is to push further with a rebuild. Jettison as many of these injury prone players. Get rid of our overrated players and start anew. And most of all fire Doc. Can't let personal feelings get in the way of what's best for the team.

There's no shame in losing to the defending Champions, injuries or not. This is one that you kind of expect to lose, and once again, one of our key guys had to go down for the other team to take advantage of us. Somehow, I keep being more impressed with this team than discouraged.

Even without Blake we can still take down the Hawks, we might take the L against the Warriors on Wednesday (you never know...) but Blake should be back in time for us to take down the Kings 2x and anybody else after that. Austin should be back before the end of the month, Milos is a day to day thing, and we should have Gallo back by the end of the All-Star break.

In the mean time, our rookies and young guys are getting valuable experience against the very best players in the world, which will help them develop into capable backups when our starters all return from injury. If everything can come together and just the right time then we could end up being more dangerous than anyone would've imagined.

I don't know man, I'm like i want to trade DJ because he will command a super max salary, but at the same time I feel like I want him to stay because he is the only one who is always healthy, With his FT improving and if he can work his low post move and hook, he is unstoppable. I started to like him and just trade Blake maybe for Paul George and pair him with DJ.

Just saw the hit on Blake. Clearly a foul on McGee. Can't believe they didn't call. Blake doesn't need this. I've never seen someone take so many hard hits night after night and not get calls. Anybody calling Blake weak or anything like that is just stupid.

Really feel bad for Blake for that concussion, but it's a good sign that he was able walk off the court himself. Hopefully he will be back in a few games.

You are correct, saw the replay and even though Blake was out of control, McGee raised his hand into him. Really sucky injury, poor Blake, just keeps getting injured.

You know why Blake doesn't get the calls. It's from all the whinging and caring on for years. Even the refs think he is a joke and overrated. True Superstars always and I mean ALWAYS get the 50/50 calls. To me that just shows that they don't put him in that category so all they see and hear is a little cry baby. Exactly the same as I see and after the way he started the game today

( SCARED of Green ) taking mid range jumpers and passing instead of trying to dominate inside like we did against OKC in the first half. We should have spanked their butts inside with Green

6-8 / 6-9 and Zazza but no lake seen green and ran for the hills. We can never progress deep into the playoffs with a scared little B$@ch as our so called leader. I say trade Blake,Brice, Wes for starters. Here is a good trade. See if OKC want him in exchange for PG13

I understand your frustration with BG. I too get pissed at him frequently, however, if you ever watch the officials and lack of calls when BG is hit hard, its understandable why he defers to outside shooting or passing. BG gets clobbered in the paint and officials rarely calls a foul. BG will come out of it with blood streaming from his face. Am I siding with BG, absolutely not, but I watch the unfairness in the officiating, and whether or not its because he may bring it to their attention or cause to complain what the hell is someone to do if it's constant. BG isn't a leader but when he's on, is one of the best PF's in the league.

It definitely was a foul. It was a hard right hook to the temple, a knock out blow. Inadvertent or not that no call was criminal. Again we have to differentiate between an accident and an injury. That was an accident. Posting up against Green isn't easy. The guy's hands drag the ground. It's anatomy not fear. Evans got every one of his layups blocked. He should have figured it out after the second time. It would have been to his advantage if he got clobbered instead of blocked. I was a lot more responsive to Mom's switch than a good talking to.That however isn't always true. Getting clobbered hasn't taught BG to shut up. It's funny how spankings are out of fashion. I worked hard for mine and would have been disappointed if I didn't get it. I would have felt that my parents didn't love me BUT maybe that explains my love for leather and handcuffs.

The same could be said about Lebron. He gets absolutely hammered every time he goes in the paint. Does that stop him driving NO. Yes he has a cry about it but he also figures out a way around it most times. He doesn't give up and play scared like Blake. I absolutely hate Lebron too so that just shows you how much I'm over Blake and his Bull S@&t. Never mind the Ye is over now anyways lol.

Blake was complaining before both of those guys, so was DJ, but Blake has had good reason at times.

Remember when he was dunking on people a lot and he used to also stare down everyone? Teams/players would take exception and he would get hard fouls and get targeted. That was also what got him flopping because he wouldn't get calls and he would try to get the refs attentionby embellishing. In addition to that though, he can have a bit of a temper at times, but he's had times where he's controlled the temper better than others.

Also "true superstars always get the 50/50 calls" is not true at all. Shaq used to dish it, but he got hit a lot with no calls. LeBron actually doesn't get some calls he should. This game wasn't a show of it, but some would argue that Steph gets a decent amount of contact with no calls because people are trying to close out so hard and hit him.

DJs health is his best attribute. The guys is never hurt. However, we need to just trade and rebuild. We tried to retool after losing Paul, but injury just ruined that plan. I would rather just trade DJ to Cleveland for the Brooklyn pick, trade Blake, and just start the rebuild. Besides Doc doesn't want any part of a rebuild, so he would leave on his own accord. We should set our sights on Trae Young

Lawd I miss those days of glory. It looked like he used to stare at into the soul of an opponent after he posterized them with a vicious dunk while chewing on his mouthpiece. We used to call it the death stare. Even fans of other teams loved that sh*t. Remember even Lakers fans said they were gonna poach Blake from us when he became a free agent. Man we were on the cusp until Doc came.

I remember that as well. Max Kellerman and shitty ESPN kept saying that Blake would be a Laker LMFAO.
