Awesome to see this. No coaches allowed, players only on Blake's dime I believe in San Diego. He hosted it.

Nice of Blake to take the initiative to get the guys bonding early.

Hawaii is only going to help them bond and develop strong team cohesion even more. Can't wait for preseason!

Huge sign of leadership from Blake. Has me very excited to see what he brings as the undisputed face of the franchise.

Yeah it'll be interesting to see how Blake develops as a leader now that CP is gone. Because with such a full on alpha like Chris it was probably pretty hard for Blake to take on that role.

Yup, this is a great sign, there's a vacuum to be filled and it is good for Blake to take on that role as the best player. I have no problem with role players being leaders (eg: Derek Fisher, etc), but it is always good for your stars to take on leadership roles, both by word and example.

He had a near MVP season a few years ago when Chris went down, so Blake is capable of being the #1 guy. AS always, we just have to hope injuries don't ruin the team's chances.

We inducing me have forgotten that. He did quite well with CP gone.If the league were more balanced and there weren't so many powerhouses in the West, we'd be OK
